Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Sovrex Media website and any services we provide. By engaging Sovrex Media, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

Sovrex Media provides content production services including cinematic film, architectural photography, and brand identity systems for real estate developers. The specific deliverables, timeline, and scope of each engagement are defined in a separate project proposal or service agreement signed by both parties.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are defined in each project agreement. Standard terms are:

• —50% advance payment required before production begins
• —Remaining balance due upon delivery of final assets
• —Payment is due within 7 days of invoice unless otherwise agreed
• —Work does not commence until advance payment is received

4. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives full usage rights to all deliverables produced under the engagement. Sovrex Media retains the right to display work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.

Raw footage, source files, and production materials remain the property of Sovrex Media unless explicitly transferred in the project agreement.

5. Revisions

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the project proposal. Revisions beyond the agreed scope will be quoted separately.

6. Cancellation

If a project is cancelled by the client after production has commenced, the advance payment is non-refundable. Any work completed to the point of cancellation will be invoiced at a rate proportionate to the scope completed.

7. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for:

• —Providing timely access to the site and relevant personnel
• —Providing accurate project information and approvals in agreed timeframes
• —Ensuring all necessary permissions and clearances for the shoot location
• —Reviewing and approving creative briefs and deliverables within agreed timelines

8. Limitation of Liability

Sovrex Media's liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or speculative damages including lost sales, lost profits, or missed launch timelines caused by factors outside our control.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
